Small Groups

Small Groups

Small Groups are the main way we grow together as we gather to study God’s word.

Small groups have the mission of helping us GROW as a community which thinks and lives the gospel of grace.  Small groups help us build long-lasting relationships outside of our Sunday morning worship service.

They are offered throughout the year in a variety of different formats.  Please check the list below for our most current small group options.

Small Groups for Fall 2017:
Women’s Bible Study
Begins Aug. 30, and meets on Wednesdays from 1-2:15 at the Chilton County YMCA
We’ll be going through  Jenn Wilkin’s “Sermon on the Mount” study.

Growth Groups
These groups meet in various homes in our community during the week.  We intentionally blend people together rather than separate them by age and stage of life.  We do this to reflect what we see in the Bible and to cultivate a richer form of community where young and old, married and single can build friendships and learn from one another.  In Growth Groups, we eat together, study the Bible and pray together.

To get directions to any of our Growth Groups, please contact the church office at 205-755-4150 during office hours, 9am-12pm, Monday-Thursday.

Growth Groups for Fall 2017 run from August 23 through November 15, meeting on Wednesday nights from 6-8:00.

Got kids?

While you’re at Growth Group, nursery, children and youth ministries are available at the Church.
